The Great American Escape

There’s a new buzzword in politics. “Affordability.” 

You hear it all the time. Especially from Democrats. They promise to make life more affordable. 

They promise to help the little guy. They promise to create a more equitable society.

It’s all a lie.

• When a politician says “affordability,” grab your wallet. It’s code for higher taxes, more regulations, and a war on your wealth. 

• People are fleeing blue states for a reason. They’re voting with their feet against high taxes, expensive energy, and a government that treats them like an ATM. 

• The choice is simple. You can stay in a state that’s actively trying to make you poor, or you can move to a state that respects your freedom and your money.

When a politician says “affordability,” they mean the opposite. 

They mean higher taxes. More regulations. Green new deals. 

They mean a war on your wealth. A war on your freedom.

My poor dad fell for it every time. He was a good man. A smart man. 

But he believed the politicians. He believed in the system. And the system crushed him.

My rich dad taught me to listen to what people do, not what they say. 

And what are people doing? 

They’re fleeing. They’re escaping. They’re voting with their feet.

The Great Migration

Look at the U-Haul index. 

It’s not a political poll. It’s a measure of where people are actually moving. 

And they’re moving from blue states to red states. 

From California to Texas. From New York to Florida. From Illinois to Tennessee.

Why? Because they’re tired of being lied to. They’re tired of being taxed to death. 

They’re tired of paying for a government that treats them like an ATM.

Take Virginia. A new Democratic governor comes in, and what’s the first thing she does? 

She rejoins a carbon tax scheme that will cost ratepayers hundreds of millions of dollars. 

That’s not affordability. That’s a scam. 

She even gave the State of the Union rebuttal, talking about affordability while her policies do the exact opposite. 

It's a classic move.

Say one thing, do another.

Or look at Pennsylvania. The only thing saving them from the same fate is a Republican-controlled Senate. 

The governor wants to raise the minimum wage, increase spending, and join the same carbon tax scheme. 

The result? A $2,100 tax hike for a family of four.

The Blue State Blues

It’s the same story everywhere. 

Blue states have higher taxes. Higher energy costs. More regulations. And what do they have to show for it? A mass exodus of their most productive citizens.

It’s a death spiral. The more people leave, the higher taxes have to go to pay for all the government programs. 

The higher taxes go, the more people leave. It’s a one-way ticket to bankruptcy.

And who gets left holding the bag? 

The people who can’t afford to leave. 

The people who are trapped in a system that is designed to keep them poor.

Your Choice

My rich dad taught me that you have to be smarter than the system. 

You have to see the game for what it is. And you have to make your own rules.

That’s why I don’t live in a blue state. I live in a state that respects my freedom and my money. 

I live in a state where I can build my business and create my own wealth.

I’m not telling you to move. I’m telling you to wake up. To see the writing on the wall. 

To understand that the government is not your friend. The government is not here to help you. 

The government is here to help itself.

The great American escape is happening now. 

You can either be a part of it, or you can be a victim of it. 

The choice is yours.
