The European Disease: Why the Smart Money is Fleeing the Tax Trap

Dear Reader,

I watch the numbers. I watch the politicians.

  • The governments of France and Germany are bankrupt. They have built massive, bloated bureaucracies that they cannot afford.

  • Politicians use the rhetoric of "social justice" to hide their incompetence. They claim they are just "taxing the rich" and "taxing luxury." It is a lie.

  • You cannot trust a bankrupt government. When the sovereign bond market collapses, the central banks will print more money, causing massive inflation.

  • Bloomberg just reported that S&P is considering a rule change, which could fast-track SpaceX into the index after the IPO. That means billions in forced buying. Get in before that happens. Click here.

And right now, I am watching a massive train wreck in slow motion.

Look at France. Look at Germany. They are suffering from a terminal financial disease.

They have built massive, bloated governments. They have promised welfare they cannot afford.

They have created a bureaucratic nightmare that is choking the life out of their economies.

And now, the bill is coming due.

They are out of money. So, what do they do?

They do what weak, incompetent politicians always do. They raise taxes.

The Fiscal Fatalism

France’s public debt is roughly 115 percent of its GDP. The government spending just keeps going up. The state now controls 57 percent of the economy.

It is madness.

The politicians are paralyzed. They are incapable of reform. They cannot shrink the welfare state. They cannot reduce the bureaucracy.

They have entered a phase of fiscal fatalism.

They know the ship is sinking, but they refuse to change course.

Instead, they just squeeze the passengers harder.

They are cranking up the tax screws. Higher property taxes. Higher corporate taxes. Taxes on dividends. Taxes on stock buybacks. Financial transaction taxes.

They wrap it all in the sticky rhetoric of "justice."

The "Tax the Rich" Scam

They tell the public, "We are just taxing luxury. We are just taxing the rich."

It is the oldest scam in the book.

They use class warfare to distract you from their own massive failures. They blame "capitalist plunder" for the poverty and societal decay that their own policies created.

They want you to believe that the government is the benevolent savior, stepping in to fix the imbalances.

It is a lie.

The government is the problem. The expanding state is the disease.

They are not taxing the rich to help the poor. They are taxing the producers to feed the bureaucracy.

They are feeding off the shrinking economic substance of their own countries to keep their power intact.

The Coming Inferno

And it isn't just France. Germany is marching right behind them into the fiscal inferno.

Berlin delayed the necessary actions. Now, the shocks are coming. They are talking about raising the inheritance tax.

They are talking about raising the top income tax rate. They are even talking about hiking the VAT.

The politicians are leveling themselves. The supposed conservatives are acting just like the socialists.

They have no intellectual or ethical core left. They only care about maintaining the status quo.

But the status quo is a Ponzi scheme.

Protect Your Wealth

What happens when a Ponzi scheme runs out of new money? It collapses.

If the sell-off of European sovereign bonds continues, the European Central Bank will have to intervene.

They will have to print more money to buy the bad debt.

That means massive inflation. It means the destruction of your purchasing power. It means the acceleration of social and economic erosion.

You cannot sit on the sidelines and hope this gets better. It won't.

The politicians will not save you. They are the ones robbing you.

You must protect your own wealth. You must get your money out of their system.

Stop relying on fiat currency that they can inflate away. Stop relying on paper assets that they can tax into oblivion.

Buy hard assets. Buy gold. Buy silver. Buy Bitcoin. Buy cash-flowing real estate.

Invest in real value that generates income from essential energy infrastructure.

The European disease is spreading. The tax trap is closing.

Get smart. Get invested. Get out of their way.

P.S. A few days from now, I’m going to send a series of free videos to a select group of VIPs detailing what may be the greatest wealth-creating opportunity in my career. It’s about a tiny, pre-IPO company that extracts gold at 136 TIMES the yield of traditional mining. I’m going to show these VIPs how to invest in this company before it goes public this year—even if they’re not accredited investors.
