The $120 Billion Blind Spot

AI is overwhelming the grid. Investors who own the solution get paid.
Dear Reader,
Every empire ends the same way - too much debt, not enough resources.
Today, the United States faces both at once.
On one side, there’s record borrowing and deficits piling up.
Every new dollar buys less than the one before.
And as always, the middle class feels it first.
On the other side, the American power grid is buckling under AI…
Because of data centers, EVs, and the push to electrify everything.
Power companies admit they can’t keep up.
Wait times for new power hookups now stretch years in many regions…
Meaning factories, homes, and data centers are literally being told to “get in line” for electricity.
Here’s the collision, without sugarcoating it:
Debt keeps eroding the value of cash.
Scarcity keeps driving up the value of essentials.
And nothing is becoming more essential - or more scarce - than reliable power.
Demand isn’t just rising - it’s exploding.
AI alone is projected to triple electricity demand by 2029.
Add in EVs, crypto, and full-scale electrification, and we’re staring at the biggest power crunch in U.S. history.
For investors, that means the real wealth is in assets that generate power - day after day, year after year.
That’s why I’m watching PowerBank Corporation (NASDAQ: SUUN | CBOE CA: SUNN).
Most people have never heard of them.
And that’s perfect.
Because the real opportunities are always quiet.
Here’s what most people don’t know: many small solar companies just flip their projects for a quick fee.
That “build-and-dump” model leaves long-term wealth on the table.
They’re building toward what’s called an Independent Power Producer (IPP) model.
In plain English, that means they don’t just build solar farms and walk away.
They are owning more and more of them.
They operate them.
And they sell electricity for decades, locking in long-term recurring cash flow.
They’re already making moves that caught my attention:
A massive market shift.
Solar and battery storage costs have fallen nearly 85% in the last decade. Clean power is now cheaper than coal or gas in many markets. And the North American solar market is projected to grow from $25 billion to $120+ billion by 2027.
A real pipeline.
PowerBank has over 1 gigawatt of projects under development - that’s enough capacity to power roughly 750,000 homes. From community solar farms to utility-scale plants the size of small cities, plus expansion into battery storage - one of the fastest-growing energy markets. Just look at Texas - it might surprise you to learn it is the fastest growing market in America for battery storage, helping to stabilize its grid.
Credible partners.
They’ve already executed deals with Honeywell, Qcells, and RBC. That’s proof they can win with world-class players.
Smart financing.
A $100 million financing announced with CIM Group will give them the firepower to build - and it was structured without diluting shareholders. For a small-cap, that kind of discipline is rare.
Early foothold in hot markets.
PowerBank is targeting New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Arizona - states where electricity demand is soaring and prices are climbing fast.
And their recent updates show momentum, too:
Their first battery storage project is already under installation in Ontario - a key step toward 24/7 “solar + storage” revenues.
They secured a $1.74 million grant to advance community solar projects in Nova Scotia.
And a 5.7 MW project in the U.S. just cleared a major interconnection milestone, moving closer to permits.
Put it all together and here’s the lesson:
The poor save cash and watch inflation eat it away.
The middle class hopes the government will fix it.
Right now, one of the scarcest and most valuable assets in the world is reliable power.
And PowerBank is a small-cap that’s quietly positioning itself right at the center of that scarcity.
When I see a company taking disciplined steps in the middle of a massive shift, it’s worth paying attention.
PowerBank has my attention.
Maybe they should have yours, too.
To your financial freedom,

P.S. TL;DR - The U.S. is drowning in debt while AI and electrification are sending power demand through the roof…
And PowerBank (NASDAQ: SUUN | CBOE CA: SUNN) is aiming to own and operate the very projects that produce and store the energy everyone needs.
This is where the future is headed. Get the full investor details here »
