Dear Reader,

$186 BILLION. Gone. In one year.

That is what the federal government "lost" in improper payments in fiscal year 2025. Not misplaced. Not misrouted. Paid to the wrong people, in the wrong amounts, with no documentation. The Government Accountability Office confirmed it. Congress printed a report. And today, those same people are asking for your vote.

I have been saying this for 50 years. They are not incompetent. They are comfortable. There is a difference.

Inside today's issue:

  • $186 Billion Vanished: The GAO just confirmed the federal government lost $186 billion in one year. Total since 2003: $3 trillion. Your money. Theirs to lose.
  • DOGE Came. DOGE Left. Nothing Changed: They promised $2 trillion in cuts. Then $1 trillion. Then $150 billion. Then they shut it down in July. Federal spending is still rising.
  • The Only Vote That Counts: You cannot elect your way to a sound dollar. The escape hatch is not on the ballot. I will show you what is.
  • Robert Kiyosaki — Perpetual Income Plan: $10,000 in. $1,000 a year out. The Perpetual Income Plan averages 10% yield across 15 positions.

$3 TRILLION SINCE 2003

Here is the official number. Not from ZeroHedge. Not from me. From the Government Accountability Office, Congress's own watchdog:

"Federal agencies made an estimated $186 billion in improper payments in fiscal year 2025, an increase of $24 billion from the prior fiscal year. Estimated improper payments since FY 2003 total about $3 trillion."
— U.S. Government Accountability Office, GAO-26-108694, April 2026

Three trillion dollars. Gone. Since 2003. That covers five presidents, dozens of Congresses, and every budget deal you were told was "historic." Both parties. Every single year.

And this year? They INCREASED it by $24 billion. Not decreased. Increased. That is the trajectory. That is the pattern. That is the plan.

THE DOGE BAIT-AND-SWITCH

Remember DOGE? The Department of Government Efficiency? Elon Musk stood up in front of the cameras. He promised $2 trillion in cuts. Then it became $1 trillion. Then $150 billion. Then DOGE officially shut down in July 2026.

The Cato Institute put it plainly: DOGE produced the largest peacetime workforce cut on record. And federal spending kept rising. They fired 271,000 workers. The budget went up anyway. Because they never touched the entitlement programs where the real money goes. Congress controls those. Congress never voted to cut them.

This is Rome. I have studied this cycle. The Roman treasury officials did not fix the corruption. They expanded the bureaucracy that supervised it. Then they debased the currency to cover the gap. Sound familiar?

The U.S. national debt just passed $40 trillion. Your share: $120,291. Every American. Every child. Growing by $5 billion today while you read this.

TODAY IS ELECTION DAY

Today, November 3, the same people who lost $3 trillion are asking for two more years. They will make promises about efficiency. About accountability. About making Washington work for you.

I am not telling you who to vote for. I am telling you what the numbers show. Every government, every party, every era adds to the pile. The GAO report goes back to 2003. That is Bush, Obama, Trump, Biden, Trump again. The fraud is bipartisan. The incompetence is structural. The debt keeps growing.

Here is the number I want you to think about before you walk in today. $186 billion in one year. That is not a policy failure. That is a feature. Governments that can print money have no incentive to account for what they spend.

And here is what that means for the dollar in your pocket. Every dollar they lose, they eventually print to replace. That is how fiat currency works. That is how empires end. And I will show you the one play that actually protects you from it.

Dr. Ron Paul: "This is EVEN WORSE than Socialism"

Socialists now run the largest cities in America — and Dr. Ron Paul says they're STILL not the biggest threat right now. Something worse has taken over the highest levels of Washington, while calling itself capitalism. And when it fails, he warns the crash will be blamed on capitalism itself — setting America up for a future even worse than Socialism. See his full warning, and the #1 step to prepare, here.

THE PLAY

You cannot vote yourself a sound money system. I wish you could. But it has never happened in the history of civilization. Not once.

What you CAN do is step out of the system's reach. My rich dad taught me this at age nine. He did not spend his life arguing with politicians. He spent it building assets the government cannot print, confiscate easily, or debase overnight.

Gold is at historic levels. Silver is still catching up. Bitcoin is now a recognized treasury asset at publicly traded companies. Real estate with real cash flow insulates you from paper losses. These are B and I quadrant assets. They are not guaranteed. But they are not denominated in a currency that the government loses $186 billion a year managing.

The election matters. But it is not your escape hatch. Your escape hatch is a balance sheet the government did not build for you.

Pigs get fat. Hogs get slaughtered. The $40 trillion hog is getting very fat.

To your freedom,
